Commissioned Works Pt II - Six Drops of Poison (released July 2023) is the third studio album by the Norwegian progressive rock trio Ring van Möbius. While it originated as a commission for Harald Beharie's dance performance Batty Bwoy, the album is a standalone "primal reflection" of those ideas rather than a direct soundtrack. The album is widely praised as a dark, "surreal," and "disturbing" journey that remains deeply grounded in 1970s symphonic prog. Reviewers frequently cite Emerson, Lake & Palmer (ELP), Van der Graaf Generator (VdGG), and King Crimson as primary sonic touchstones.
