Pulp "Different Class"

LP (NEW) - Vinyl, Island, UK, 2016, 0602547852885, Reissue, Printed Inner Sleeve

Different Class released on October 30, 1995, is the fifth studio album by the English rock band Pulp and is widely regarded as one of the defining albums of the Britpop era. It achieved major critical and commercial success, debuting at number one on the UK Albums Chart and winning the 1996 Mercury Music Prize. The album produced four UK top-ten singles: "Common People" (which reached number two), "Mis-Shapes" / "Sorted for E's & Wizz", "Disco 2000", and "Something Changed". The album's lyrics, written by frontman Jarvis Cocker, explore themes of sex and social class in mid-90s Britain, with a biting wit and an affectionate portrayal of working-class life.
