John Cale | Honi soit | Album

John Cale’s 1981 album Honi Soit is a striking, deeply paranoid piece of art-punk and new wave that remains one of the most fascinatingly abrasive entries in his solo discography. Serving as his first studio record in six years, the album captures Cale working at a bizarre intersection of commercial polish and intense psychodrama

Artwork designed by Andy Warhol. As a graphic artist Warhol began designing album covers in the 1950s for Jazz records before he bacame famous.
