Raspberries "Raspberries"

LP (NEW) - Vinyl, Capitol Records, US, 2017, B0026952-01, 602557702897, Reissue

Released in April 1972, Raspberries by the American band Raspberries stands as a foundational monument of power pop. Melding the sugary, melodic sensibilities of the British Invasion with the heavy, crunching guitar riffs of 1970s rock, the debut album serves as a masterclass in nostalgic yet high-energy songwriting

The Raspberries' 1972 self-titled debut was originally released on Capitol Records US with a raspberry scented scratch-n-sniff sticker on the front cover.
