Jackie Gleason Presents: Lonesome Echo is a 1-album chart-topper from 1955 that stands out as a foundational piece of mid-century "mood music" and easy listening. Released on Capitol Records, the album spent 23 weeks on the Billboard pop charts, reaching the No. 1 spot in June of that year. While television icon Jackie Gleason served as the conductor and presenter, the record is globally celebrated for two highly distinct elements: its hauntingly beautiful musical instrumentation and a historic artwork collaboration with surrealist master Salvador Dalí.

The 1955 release entitled Lonesome Echo featured a cover image painted by Gleason's friend, Spanish surrealist artist Salvidor Dali.
