Alice Cooper | School's Out | Album
Regular price
Alice Cooper's 1972 album School's Out is a pivotal, albeit polarizing, entry in the band's discography. While it contains their most famous anthem, it is frequently described as a "bewildering" and "ambitious" departure from the raw hard rock of their previous successes. Moving away from the "garage rock" of Love It to Death and Killer, this album dives headfirst into theatricality, featuring orchestration and heavy influences from Broadway and movie soundtracks.
The original 1972 release of School's Out on Warner Brothers Records had a fold open die-cut desktop sleeve with pink, white, yellow or blue girls paper panties attached around vinyl.
