This is the debut album from the American power-pop band Artful Dodger, based in Virginia. Produced by Jack Douglas (who also worked with Aerosmith), the album is widely considered a "lost classic" of mid-70s guitar pop. The album received critical acclaim but suffered from "complete public indifference" at the time. Modern reviews often highlight it as a seminal power-pop record, similar in style to The Raspberries or Cheap Trick.
