Billy Thorpe & The Aztecs | Don't You Dig This Kind of Beat | Album

Don't You Dig This Kind of Beat? is a vital 1966 beat-rock studio album by the legendary Australian band Billy Thorpe and The Aztecs, peaking at #3 on the national charts. Released on Parlophone and Albert Productions, the record is a fiery time capsule capturing the transition of Australian rock from clean-cut pop to the raw, R&B-infused garage urgency that defined the mid-1960s.
