Blue Cheer "Vincebus Eruptum"
LP (NEW) - Vinyl, Sundazed, USA, 2018, LP 5297, Mono, 180g Vinyl White
Released on January 16, 1968, Vincebus Eruptum by the San Francisco power trio Blue Cheer is widely regarded as one of the very first, if not the first, heavy metal albums in music history. Arriving well before the debuts of Black Sabbath or Led Zeppelin, this six-track record took the blues-rock explosion of the late 1960s and cranked it up to an ear-damaging volume fueled by Marshall amps, fuzzboxes, and pure psychedelic chaos.
