Dread Zeppelin's 1990 debut album, Un-Led-Ed, is a brilliant, bizarre, and masterfully executed musical parody that remains a high-water mark for novelty rock. Released via I.R.S. Records, the record asks a ridiculous question: What if a reggae band fronted by a 300-pound Elvis impersonator covered Led Zeppelin? Surprisingly, the resulting 43-minute runtime proves to be much more than a cheap joke.
