Fleet Foxes | Sun Giant (EP) | Album

Released on April 8, 2008, by Sub Pop, the Sun Giant EP is widely recognized as the definitive introduction to the lush, pastoral indie folk landscape of Fleet Foxes. Though originally intended to be a simple tour-only souvenir, the 5-track, 20-minute release served as a stunning prelude to their self-titled debut album, establishing the band’s signature baroque harmonies and rustic americana aesthetic.
