Gazelle Twin | Deep England (w/ NYX) | Album

Released on 19 March 2021 via NYX Collective Records, Deep England is a critically acclaimed collaboration between avant-garde electronic artist Gazelle Twin (Elizabeth Bernholz) and NYX, a six-piece all-female electronic drone choir. Originally conceived as a live, "techno-pagan" performance project in 2019, the material was subsequently tracked in the studio to create a striking 8-track album. The record functions as a radical, choral-drone reworking of Gazelle Twin's acclaimed 2018 solo album, Pastoral, alongside select traditional and original pieces.
