Godflesh | Songs Of Love And Hate | Album
Regular price
Songs of Love and Hate (released August 20, 1996, via Earache Records) is one of the most intriguing, transitional, and crushing records in the entire Godflesh discography. Following their brief, disillusioning brush with a major label on 1994's Selfless, mastermind Justin Broadrick and bassist G.C. Green stripped away the cleaner, radio-friendly ambitions and returned with a darker, uglier, and heavily rhythm-driven monster.
