Graham Lambkin | Softly Softly Copy Copy | Album

Graham Lambkin's Softly Softly Copy Copy, originally released in 2009 on his Kye label, is a surreal tape composition described as a "shoreline odyssey". It consists of two 20-minute tracks that blend musique concrète with field recordings and folk instrumentation. The album's "skeleton" is built from repurposed, bootlegged recordings of audience anticipation-murmurs and coughs-taken from Tangerine Dream concert bootlegs.
