Howard Shore | Ed Wood (Soundtrack) | Album

The original soundtrack for Tim Burton's 1994 biopic Ed Wood, composed by Howard Shore, is widely considered one of the most uniquely bizarre and delightfully creative entries in his extensive discography. Stepping in for Burton's usual collaborator Danny Elfman, Shore delivered a score that acts simultaneously as a faithful homage to 1950s low-budget sci-fi/horror flicks and an upbeat nod to mid-century lounge exotica.
