Released on July 11, 1995, ...And the Circus Leaves Town is the fourth and final studio album by the Palm Desert stoner rock pioneers Kyuss. Recorded during a period of severe internal friction, it remains a fascinating, slightly fragmented swan song that closed the chapter on one of the 1990s' most influential heavy rock acts while explicitly mapping out the blueprint for guitarist Josh Homme's next venture, Queens of the Stone Age.
