Designed to mirror the "arc" of a run, the piece begins with a slow warm-up, moves into high-intensity segments for sprinting, and ends with an ambient cool-down. The album is a "megamix" of gospel disco, hi-NRG, and Brian Eno-style atmospherics. It famously features an early, instrumental version of the hit "Someone Great".
