Leonard Cohen "I'm Your Man"

LP (NEW) - Vinyl, Columbia, Europe, 2016, 88985346371, 180g Vinyl, Remastered

Released on February 2, 1988, Leonard Cohen’s I'm Your Man is widely considered his mid-career masterpiece and a bold sonic reinvention. The album famously trades Cohen's traditional acoustic folk arrangements for 1980s synth-pop production, using cheap keyboards and drum machines that contrast sharply with his deep baritone. Cohen pairs this glossy, electronic backdrop with darkly ironic lyrics exploring political decay, global anxiety, obsessive love, and spiritual desperation.
