Regular price
Released on 14 March 2000 through HighTone Records, Make Up For Lost Time marks a triumphant "brown-eyed soul" comeback for Little Willie G., the legendary former lead vocalist of East L.A. Chicano rock pioneers Thee Midniters and Latin rock band Malo. Produced by Los Lobos frontrunner David Hidalgo, the 12-track solo debut showcases a mature, deeply expressive voice navigating a soulful mix of classic R&B, jazz-tinged arrangements, and gospel-flavoured roots music.
