Monsoon | Third Eye | Album

Released in 1983, Third Eye by the British band Monsoon remains a groundbreaking milestone in East-West musical fusion. As the sole studio album from the short-lived trio—composed of a then-teenage vocalist Sheila Chandra, producer/keyboardist Steve Coe, and multi-instrumentalist Martin Smith—it boldly blended Hindustani classical music with 1980s synth-pop and new wave.
