Naoki Zushi | III | Album
Regular price
III is the third solo album by Japanese guitarist and singer-songwriter Naoki Zushi, originally released in 2005 through Org Records. It is widely considered a masterpiece of Japanese psychedelia and acid-folk, characterized by its long, languid compositions and atmospheric guitar work. The album was recorded at Studio Nemu over a seven-year period from 1998 to 2005. Critics compare the album's sound to a mix of Syd Barrett's The Madcap Laughs, early 1970s loner folk, and the slow-burn intensity of artists like Low or Damon & Naomi.
