Nine Inch Nails | Year Zero | Album
Regular price
Nine Inch Nails’ fifth studio album, Year Zero, released on 17 April 2007, stands as one of Trent Reznor’s most ambitious, forward-thinking, and fiercely political bodies of work. Shifting away from the deeply introspective, post-rehab rock of 2005's With Teeth, Year Zero is a sprawling concept album that delivers a harrowing, glitch-laden dystopian vision set in the year 2022. Co-produced alongside long-time collaborator Atticus Ross, the record marked a massive sonic departure, largely trading traditional guitars for laptops, harsh static, and programmed synthesizers.
