Roxy Music "Country Life"

LP (NEW) - Vinyl, Virgin, World, 2022, RMLP4, 602507460242, 180g Vinyl, Half-Speed Remastered, Die-cut Inner Sleeve

Released on 15 November 1974, Roxy Music’s fourth studio album, Country Life, stands as a high-water mark of British art rock and glam rock. Following the departure of Brian Eno a year prior, it was the second album to solidify frontman Bryan Ferry as the band's undisputed leader, while retaining multi-instrumentalist Eddie Jobson and guitarist Phil Manzanera to shape its sophisticated sonic palette.

Roxy Music's fourth album Country Life featured another cover photograph by Karl Stoecker. The models are German women Constanze Karoli, sister of Can guitarist Michael Karoli, and Eveline Grunwald, who was at the time Michael Karoli's girlfriend. The cover was censored for US release.
