The Brilliant Green | Blackout | Album

Released on 9 September 2010, BLACKOUT is the fifth studio album by Japanese alternative rock band the brilliant green. It marked their first full-length release in nearly a decade following their hiatus after The Winter Album (2002). Critics generally viewed the album as a transition between the band's signature 90s-inspired alternative sound and a newer, more modern reinvention. Reviews often highlight a divide between the first and second halves of the record.
