The Flaming Lips | Zaireeka | Album

The Flaming Lips' 1997 album Zaireeka remains one of the most famously unhinged, logistically infuriating, and brilliant conceptual experiments in rock history. Released via Warner Bros. Records as an 8-track project spanning four separate compact discs meant to be played simultaneously on four different stereo systems, it is an album that trades convenience for pure, communal chaos.
