Ufomammut is an Italian doom metal power trio formed 1999 in Tortona, Italy. Comprising guitarist Poia, bassist and vocalist Urlo, and drummer Vita, their stoner sound is built on repeated heavy riffs with droning vocals and the use of sound effects and synths. Outstanding albums include Snailking and Idolum.
