Various Artists | Jonny Trunk Presents: Funny Old Shit: A Trunk Records Sampler - Vol. 1 | Album

Jonny Trunk Presents: Funny Old Shit: A Trunk Records Sampler - Vol. 1 is a brilliant, chaotic, and fiercely entertaining curation of the bizarre, serving as the ultimate entry point into the eccentric world of Trunk Records. Curated by Britain’s premier musical crate-digger, Jonny Trunk, this 18-track budget compilation functions as both a celebration of the forgotten corners of audio history and an anti-snobbery statement. It stands as a defiant middle finger to the modern trend of over-pricing average reissues, delivering an educational, bargain-bin masterclass that alternates between the sublime and the outright ridiculous.
