The Perfumed Garden Vol. 2 is widely considered one of the absolute best and most crucial artifacts from the golden era of 1960s British freakbeat, mod, and psych-rock compilation albums. Originally curated by the owner of Funhouse Records in Margate and released in 1983 on Psycho Records, this volume serves as a landmark companion piece to its predecessor. The series is named after John Peel’s legendary 1967 late-night pirate radio show on Radio London.
