LP (NEW) - Vinyl, Decca, Europe, 2019, 772 467-8, 602577246784, 2xLP, Limited Edition, RSD 2019, Reissue

The Psychedelic Scene is a highly focused curation originally released by Deram / Decca Records in 1998, capturing the explosive shift of the late 1960s British underground from freakbeat muscle to mind-bending studio wizardry. Spanning 25 tracking choices, the compilation purposefully sidesteps the typical "toytown psych" novelties of the era, opting instead for a heavier, fuzz-laden, and deeply atmospheric journey through the label's vast archives.
