I Keep It To Myself – The Best of Wilko Johnson is a high-octane 25-track retrospective that showcases the legendary guitarist's later-era recordings. Released via the reactivated Chess label—the ultimate spiritual home for a man raised on gritty American rhythm and blues—the compilation covers material recorded between 2008 and 2012. Backed by the powerhouse rhythm section of bassist Norman Watt-Roy and drummer Dylan Howe, the album is a masterclass in Wilko's trademark "chopping" fingerstyle guitarwork.
